Hatha Yoga Dynamic

The Dynamic program is an intense and dynamic practice meant to promote the activation, stimulation, and energizing of the entire being.

This program includes a larger number of techniques, performed for a shorter time relative to the length of the class.

The dynamic sadhana has various beneficial effects on the different levels of the human being:

  • At the physical level, it provides a global healing and energizing effect of the entire body. This program supports wight loss as well as the toning of the muscles. Furthermore, it increases flexibility, strength, stamina and endurance, and it has beneficial effects on blood circulation and digestion, This set of asanas also boots the immune and cardiovascular systems and generates global purification effects.
  • At the emotional and psychological level, this program promotes increased dynamism, selfconfidence, willpower, inner strength, and elimination of laziness and lethargy. It improves mental concentration and induces enthusiasm, purification of negative emotions, optimism and an elevated mood.
  • At the spiritual level, the practice of this program allows harmonious development of the willpower energy center and heart energy center, and their purification, and increases spiritual aspiration and the sublimation of energy.
