Every Saturday Meditative class 9:45 – 11:45 am!

Classes are taught in English in Annagasse 5, first floor, ” Annagasse Zentrum” Dornbirn, Voralberg, Austria.

We offer three different goal oriented classes: Meditative, Dynamic and for Tantric practice.

Going far beyond the mere instruction in physical postures or asanas, we will guide you through: the activation of energy centers – chakras – within your body, the incorporation of breathing – pranayama – techniques, the practice of meditation, and an immersion into the complete yogic philosophy.

The practice and knowledge given will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your physical body, improve your willpower and self-confidence, create healthy new habits, and find emotional balance and inner harmony.

Prices🙏

1 group class ( 90 minutes) – 15 euros each person.

4 group classes monthly – 49 euros each person.

  • Arrive at class in advance, at least 10 minutes to prepare.
  • Bring comfortable cotton clothing as much as possible for the best energy circulation.
